- Server Resources: We incur ongoing costs for server resources, cloud infrastructure, and hosting services for every user account, regardless of usage levels
- Continuous Service: Our Service operates continuously, providing access to your data and the platform 24/7, which requires constant infrastructure maintenance
- Resource Allocation: Once you subscribe, we immediately allocate server resources, database storage, and bandwidth to your account
- Operational Costs: We pay for these resources upfront and on an ongoing basis, regardless of whether you actively use the Service
Because we incur these costs immediately upon your subscription, we cannot provide refunds for any portion of your payment.
